Building and scaling Leaseweb’s global iGaming infrastructure business
Why this role exists
Leaseweb is a global hybrid cloud provider delivering infrastructure solutions across bare metal, private cloud, public-cloud connectivity, and edge services. The iGaming industry (online betting, gambling, casino platforms, and gaming operators) is one of the most infrastructure-intensive and regulated digital markets globally, demanding high availability, ultra-low latency, security, compliance, and predictable performance at scale.
To support growth in this vertical, Leaseweb is hiring a Global Business Development Manager – iGaming. This role exists to drive global new-logo acquisition and pipeline development within the iGaming market, working closely with regional sales teams and under the direction of global business development leadership.

You will focus on identifying and acquiring new iGaming customers, supporting complex deal pursuits, and enabling repeatable sales execution across regions. You will operate at the intersection of iGaming market knowledge, infrastructure understanding, and hands-on commercial execution, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and local sales teams to convert iGaming demand into revenue. This is a senior individual contributor role with global scope and strong commercial accountability.
Your Impact
iGaming Market Execution:

· Develop a strong understanding of iGaming-specific infrastructure requirements, including availability, latency, security, and compliance constraints.
· Identify priority target accounts and high-potential regions in collaboration with regional sales teams.
New-Logo Acquisition & Deal Support:
· Identify and engage high-value iGaming prospects aligned with Leaseweb’s Ideal Customer Profile.
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers (commercial, technical, and operational).
· Support and, where appropriate, lead complex multi-region deal pursuits for mission-critical iGaming workloads.
· Act as a global point of coordination for strategic iGaming opportunities.
Pipeline Development & Replication:
· Build and manage a qualified global iGaming pipeline in cooperation with local sales teams.
· Leverage successful customer wins to support repeatable sales plays and best practices.
· Maintain pipeline visibility, reporting, and forecasting discipline.
Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration:
· Work with existing iGaming partners (platforms, payment/fraud vendors, system integrators) to support deal execution.
· Contribute to joint value propositions and co-selling initiatives where relevant.
· Support the broader positioning of Leaseweb within the iGaming infrastructure ecosystem.
Market Feedback & Representation:
· Participate in selected iGaming industry events and forums.
· Provide structured market and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to support messaging and offer development.
