What is the role about?
We are currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to expand our presence in several markets by introducing our cutting-edge Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions.
You will be growing our market share by following up on qualified leads and turning them into Leaseweb customers. You will take ownership of relationships and business deals with potential and existing clients.
Successfully forecast your pipeline based on account list and new business deals.
Proactively develop and execute a plan to grow the Leaseweb footprint within a set of accounts
Familiarity with the CHAMP qualification process.
Be the point of contact for all customer account management matters for your accounts
Negotiate contracts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
Identify and grow new opportunities in the region
Assist with client requests or handle escalations as needed
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and is ideal for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, commercial acumen, and a drive to succeed.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional with a proven track record in sales and account management. The ideal candidate is results-driven, with a natural ability to convert leads into long-term, profitable relationships.
Solid sales account management experience (3+ years)
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Experienced in or interest in the IT Industry
Go-getter, willing to go the extra mile to turn a lead into a deal
Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and new customers
Fluency English and Dutch (both, verbally and in writing)
SAP experience is a plus
