This position requires relocation to the Netherlands
Our engineering department consists of around 90 engineers, working in small scrum teams. Each team has end-to-end responsibility for a specific product or part of our architecture. Our teams are distributed geographically, and we work remote-first. Twice per year, each team meets up in person at our HQ in Amsterdam.
The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, yet highly motivating, place to work. Our organizational structure is flat, and we value independence and entrepreneurship and that is why you will have some of the most inspiring and overall awesome colleagues in the industry!
You will be responsible for the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, responsible for maintaining SAP CPQ and SAP Cloud4Customer tools.

The Agile Team Manager is responsible for the overall performance and results of the team, and you coach on the Scrum way of working. You will maintain a technical focus with applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team and be willing to have technical involvement to support the team in getting the job done. You acts as a facilitator who ensures the team has the resources, environment, and focus needed to deliver high-quality, customer-centric sales technology.
Key responsibilities:
You develop, coach, and mentor the team of engineers
Take care of team management tasks such as hiring and performance evaluation
Facilitate Scrum events and use agile principles & practices
Bring the team to the next maturity level. Create insight (metrics), identify and make process improvements based on this
Support the Product Owner and guide business stakeholders
Proactively drives communication and resolves dependencies between teams and other departments.
Provide transparency and visibility to the entire organization
Build a high performance team, self-managed and foster collaboration in and across teams
Identifies and solves small impediments independently
Accountable for technical delivery of the engineering team
Improve processes in the company impacting to the team
What we’re looking for:
You are passionate about Agile values, principles and practices. You believe that continuous improvement also applies to yourself, and have the desire to grow as a person and towards being agile. As a self-starter, you address issues and remove impediments.
Experience as a people manager and Scrum Master
Coaching and Motivational skills
Facilitation and organization skills.
Proactive & go-getter attitude, team motivator.
Validating development roadmaps with the business
Open & transparent.
Good communication skills (in English).
Experience with platforms like SAP CPQ, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
