This position requires relocation to the Netherlands
Our engineering department consists of around 90 engineers, working in small scrum teams. Each team has end-to-end responsibility for a specific product or part of our architecture. Our teams are distributed geographically, and we work remote-first. Twice per year, each team meets up in person at our HQ in Amsterdam.

What is the role about?
As the Agile Team Manager of the Customer Portal and CDN teams, you’ll lead cross-functional teams of front-end and back-end engineers together with UX designers, all working fully remotely. This role brings together people, product, and technology, with a strong focus on creating an environment for the team to do their best work. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner in a co-leadership, combining product direction with a strong team foundation. At its core, this role is about building a healthy, collaborative team culture and enabling the delivery of meaningful, user-focused products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coach, and mentor the team of software engineers and UX designers
Manage people processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, etc.)
Promote Agile principles and implement Agile practices within the team.
Continuously monitor and raise the team's maturity
Partner with the Product Owner to shape the team’s roadmap and manage stakeholder expectations.
Lead, facilitate and manage the delivery of cross-team initiatives
Provide clear and concise updates and reports on delivery progress and team health.
Drive internal (within-team) and external (cross-team) process improvements

Well organized and structured facilitator to lead productive meetings, priorities effectively and delivers on time.
Technical leader that bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring plans are both ambitious and achievable
Proactive, motivating team player with clear, transparent communication in English.
