Business Process Owner – Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
At Leaseweb, we’re continuously improving the systems and processes behind our global commercial operations. Within the SAP BPO team, you’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve how we scale quoting, pricing, and product configuration across the business.
What is the role about?
As part of the Quote-to-Cash stream, you’ll own the quoting, pricing, and product configuration domain within our SAP landscape. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve processes and translate business needs into clear requirements.
We work in a fast-paced two-week sprint setup with short delivery cycles and close collaboration between business and tech teams.
This role is focused on the business processes behind our global sales domain. You’ll be responsible for aligning stakeholders, defining business requirements, and validating improvements together with development teams and key users.
This is not a hands-on SAP configuration role, but hands-on experience working in SAP environments is important to understand system capabilities, technical limitations, and implementation impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own the quoting, pricing, and product configuration domain across global sales organizations.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable process improvements.
Partner closely with business and development teams throughout delivery cycles.
Test and validate improvements together with key users across multiple sales organizations.

Support roadmap planning and contribute to our ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
Support adoption of process improvements across teams and sales organizations.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash process ownership, business process management, or SAP-driven commercial environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience working in evolving SAP environments.
Strong experience with SAP CPQ and SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC / AVC) in complex quoting, pricing, and product configuration environments.
Experience with SAP C4C and SAP Commerce is a plus.
Experience writing business requirements and working closely with business and development teams.
Experience partnering with commercial, product, or sales teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and drive priorities across domains.
Experience working in global environments with multiple sales organizations and stakeholders.
Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential for this role.
Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
