About The Role
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing inbound sales enquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. Working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, you will help convert opportunities into customers while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This role is ideal for an energetic and results-driven individual who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of Leaseweb's cloud and infrastructure services.
Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for supporting the sales process by responding to customer enquiries, qualifying sales opportunities, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play an important role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to sales handover. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting the sales team.
· First line of contact for all incoming sales calls, chats and emails.
· Closes sales and achieves quarterly quotas.
· Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager or Business Development
· Executives for further development and closure.
· Provides daily administrative sales support to Account Managers and their customers 6. Responsible for preparing quotations for customers
Job Requirements
You are a customer-focused and enthusiastic sales professional who enjoys engaging with customers and supporting business growth. You possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
We are looking for:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or business development, preferably within the technology or cloud industry.
Experience in or strong interest in cloud infrastructure, datacenter, hosting, or managed services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional Asian language proficiency is an advantage.
