Leaseweb is currently looking for a Facility Coordinator to strengthen our Facility team at our headquarters in Amsterdam. You will be part of an experienced team who makes things different for all the Leaseweb employees.

This is a part-time role for 32 hours per week.

What is the role about?

As a Facilities Coordinator you are responsible for the successful daily operations at the head office in Amsterdam and in the data center in Haarlem. You play a crucial role in providing facility services and ensuring an optimal working environment for the users of the locations. In this role you support the Global Facility Manager and work together in a team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily facility operations on site.

• Ensuring an optimal working environment by coordinating facility services, such as catering, security, building management, telephony, office furniture and supplies, cleaning, travel management, waste management, fleet management and reception tasks

• You are part of the emergency response team

• SAP; responsible for the administration of orders placed by facilities

• Event organization: you are the organizer of the end of the month drinks and, among other things, the Christmas party.

Who are you?

· Relevant (MBO) education (or comparable level);

• Experience as a Facilities Coordinator in a dynamic environment

• Organizational talent with an eye for detail.

• Flexible and stress-resistant, with the ability to switch quickly.

• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.

Jouw rol

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Coördineren van de dagelijkse facilitaire operaties op locatie.

• Zorgen voor een optimale werkomgeving door het coördineren van facilitaire diensten, zoals catering, beveiliging, gebouwbeheer, telefonie, kantoormeubilair- en benodigdheden, schoonmaak, reisbeheer, afvalbeheer, wagenparkbeheer en receptietaken

• Je bent onderdeel van het BHV-team

• SAP; verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van door faciliteiten geplaatste bestellingen

• Evenementen-organisatie: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het boeken van externe vergaderlocaties, organisator van de eind van de maandborrels en onderdeel van het Fun&Pride team.

Wie ben jij?

• Relevante (MBO) opleiding (of vergelijkbaar niveau);

• Je bent enthousiast en altijd op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen en verbeteringen

• Organisatietalent met oog voor detail.

• Flexibel en stressbestendig, met het vermogen om snel te schakelen.

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Engels, Nederlands is een plus.
