Quotation Desk Specialist

The objective of the Quotation Desk Specialist is to ensure a high quality of quotes globally. This specialist is responsible for checking the quality of quotes in CPQ against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters to eliminate errors at an early stage and ensure a smooth, fast approval flow and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote Evaluation: Review and verify quotes against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters.

• Approval Process: Approve quotes that meet the established requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Feedback Provision: Offer constructive feedback to the quote originator, highlighting areas for improvement based on established guidelines.

• Trend Analysis: Identify and flag general trends and areas for improvement to management for continuous process enhancement.

• Departmental Feedback: Provides structured feedback to various internal teams on departmental processes, challenges, or improvements when relevant

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.

• Ability to understand Leaseweb’s offerings

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using quotation management and CRM software.
